The license
Cuatro is licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app.
The scoreboard is a scoreboard
Cuatro keeps score and statistics for your padel matches. It is provided as-is, without warranties. Scores, stats and workout figures are informational — they are not medical advice, and a disputed point is still settled on the court, not in the app.
Health and workouts
Workout recording uses Apple Health with your permission. Heart-rate and calorie figures come from your Apple Watch sensors and carry that hardware's accuracy. Consult a professional before relying on them for training or health decisions.
Your data
Your matches belong to you and stay on your devices. See the privacy policy for the full picture — it is short, because there is nothing to disclose.
